The quick 'Meddl Leude' greeting from German internet figure Drachenlord, a meme clip people use for ironic intros and chaotic online edits.

This sound is the very short 'Meddl Leude' greeting associated with Drachenlord, delivered in his distinctive Franconian accent. It lasts under a second, so it hits fast and works like an instant cue for German internet humor. The clipped delivery gives it a blunt, awkward, slightly chaotic energy that can make a video feel more absurd the moment it starts. Because the phrase is so recognizable in meme culture, even a tiny use can signal irony, cringe comedy, or a deliberately low-effort intro.

'Meddl Leude' is closely tied to the German internet personality Drachenlord, also known as Rainer Winkler. The phrase became one of his most quoted greetings and spread through German meme culture in edits, remixes, and reaction clips. Its staying power comes from how instantly recognizable it is to viewers familiar with that online scene. Even outside its original context, creators still use the short clip as a shorthand for awkward energy, niche internet references, and deliberately scrappy humor.
