The classic Michael Jordan meme sound from the McDonald's PSA, used to roast bad takes, fails, and painfully embarrassing moments in edits.

This clip is the famous “Stop it. Get some help.” line delivered by Michael Jordan in a calm, disappointed tone. The short pause between the two sentences gives it perfect comedic timing, making it land like a clean verbal shutdown. It is commonly used as a reaction sound after a terrible idea, an obvious fail, or a moment of secondhand embarrassment. Because the delivery is so direct and recognizable, it quickly tells viewers that whatever just happened was so bad it needs instant correction.

This sound comes from a McDonald's public service announcement featuring Michael Jordan, widely associated with 1990s TV airings. Online, the quote became a long-running reaction meme because the wording is short, universal, and easy to place after almost any cringe or failure moment. It spread across YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Discord edits as a blunt way to shut down bad ideas. Its staying power comes from Jordan's recognizable voice, the dead-serious delivery, and the perfect pause before the final line.
