Mokey chanting boom boom on loop in this short clip from the animated parody series, used for chaotic reactions, edits and sudden explosion jokes.

This clip captures Mokey repeating boom over and over in a fast, manic rhythm that quickly turns absurd. The delivery is loud, childlike and deliberately over the top, with each boom landing like a tiny cartoon explosion. At just under six seconds it builds tension without any payoff, which is why it feels both frantic and funny. Viewers hear it as pure chaos rather than a real threat, making the loop perfect for moments that are spiraling, overheating or about to blow up in a silly way.

Mokey's Show is an animated web series by Sr Pelo that parodies classic Disney cartoons, with Mokey as a hyperactive version of Mickey Mouse. Clips from the series spread widely on YouTube and social media because the characters shout, distort and repeat simple phrases until they become memes. This boom chant became a standalone soundboard clip as editors reused it outside the episodes, pairing the audio with unrelated fails, explosions and reaction edits. Its short loop and recognisable voice keep it circulating in meme compilations.

What is the Mokey Show boom sound?

It is a short clip of Mokey from Mokey's Show repeating the word boom in a fast, manic loop. The chant lasts just under six seconds and is used online as a chaotic cartoon reaction rather than a realistic explosion effect.

Where does Mokey come from?

Mokey is the lead character of Mokey's Show, an animated web parody by creator Sr Pelo that twists classic Mickey Mouse style cartoons. The character is known for loud shouting, distorted expressions and repeating simple lines for comic effect.

How do creators use this sound in edits?

Creators place the loop under moments that are about to go wrong, such as fails, cartoon chases or in game collapses. The repeated boom builds fake suspense, and cutting the audio suddenly usually makes the final visual punchline land harder.
