The Mighty Bruins fight song performed by the UCLA Bruin Marching Band, a short brassy college football fanfare used to celebrate UCLA wins, touchdowns and big game-day moments.

Mighty Bruins is the fight song of the University of California, Los Angeles, played here by the UCLA Bruin Marching Band. The clip packs a punchy burst of brass, snare and woodwinds into about five seconds, opening with a rising fanfare line that lands on a triumphant final chord. It sounds instantly like a packed college football stadium on a Saturday afternoon, bold and celebratory without a single word being sung. The effect is pure hype, turning an ordinary highlight or edit into a championship moment and giving UCLA fans an instant shot of school pride.

Mighty Bruins has been the fight song of the UCLA Bruins since it was written in 1984 by Oscar-winning composer Bill Conti, replacing the earlier Rover. It is played at Rose Bowl football games and Pauley Pavilion events whenever the Bruins score or need a rally. Like any good college football anthem it gets used the way fans use crowd cheering clips, dropped into highlight reels, hype videos and reaction memes. Marching band fight songs have a long life online because their short fanfare shape works as a musical victory fanfare for any big moment. This five-second excerpt captures the signature opening burst that UCLA fans recognise instantly.
