Pharah's "Justice rains from above" ultimate voice line from Overwatch, used in gaming edits, reaction clips, and dramatic airborne attack memes.

This clip captures Pharah declaring “Justice rains from above” as she activates her Barrage ultimate in Overwatch. Her forceful delivery rises over the chaos of battle, signaling an incoming aerial rocket assault. The line is instantly recognizable to players because it often precedes either a devastating elimination streak or a sudden interruption. In videos, its bold wording and dramatic cadence create anticipation before something descends from overhead. It also works as a humorous reaction when a person, object, or consequence arrives unexpectedly from above.

“Justice rains from above” originated as Pharah's Barrage ultimate voice line in Overwatch, released in 2016. The warning became familiar through regular matches, highlight reels, Play of the Game sequences, and competitive streams. Its association with a powerful aerial attack helped it spread beyond gameplay into memes and edited reaction videos. The quote remains popular because it is brief, theatrical, and easy to synchronize with anything dropping, diving, or striking from overhead, especially when the outcome is unexpectedly chaotic.
