Vegeta's over 9000 shout from Dragon Ball Z, yelled as Goku's power level breaks his scouter, used in memes to react to something large or unexpected.

This short clip captures Vegeta yelling that Goku's power level is over nine thousand, his voice rising from disbelief into a furious, strained scream as the scouter shatters in the background. The delivery is loud, frantic and instantly recognisable, with the number itself landing like a punchline. Hearing it makes a scene feel suddenly over the top, turning an ordinary reveal into an exaggerated explosion of shock. It works because the shouting is both dramatic and ridiculous, so viewers immediately understand that whatever has just been shown is far bigger, stronger or more extreme than anyone expected.

This line comes from Dragon Ball Z, where Vegeta uses a scouter to measure Goku's fighting power during the Saiyan Saga and is stunned when the reading climbs past nine thousand. The moment was lifted from the anime and turned into one of the internet's earliest viral reaction memes, remixed in countless videos, edits and jokes about power, size and exaggeration. It has lasted because the delivery is so intense and the number so specific that it instantly signals something far beyond normal limits.
