Who says "if you're a goaltender, tend the goal"?

The line is delivered by hockey creator Steve Dangle, known for his passionate fan commentary on NHL games. In the clip, he gives a goaltender blunt advice to focus on stopping the puck, which is why fans use it after a poor goal.

What does the sound mean?

It means a goalie should do his main job and stop the puck instead of wandering or overcomplicating a play. Creators use it ironically when a goalie allows an easy goal, turning an obvious statement into a funny criticism of the mistake.

How can I use this sound in a video?

Place it immediately after a soft or preventable goal in a highlight, reaction or meme edit, ideally over the goalie's reaction. Keep the clip short and let the line land on its own before cutting to the next moment.
