The catchy Gummibär chorus from The Gummy Bear Song, the viral animated dance track people use for funny kids edits, birthdays and meme remixes

This is the bright, bouncy chorus of The Gummy Bear Song, sung by Gummibär, the green animated gummy bear character. The clip loops his cheerful 'I'm a gummy bear' hook over a fast Eurodance beat with squeaky, high pitched vocals that feel instantly silly and infectious. It sounds like pure early internet kids pop, upbeat, repetitive and impossible to ignore once it starts. Viewers recognise it immediately from childhood videos and ironic edits, which makes the sound work as both genuine fun for children and a nostalgic punchline for older audiences who grew up hearing it everywhere online.

The Gummy Bear Song, also known as I'm a Gummy Bear, began as a novelty dance track built around Gummibär, a green animated bear created for short 3D music videos. First released in Europe in the mid 2000s, it was recorded in dozens of languages and spread rapidly once the English version took off on YouTube, becoming one of the platform's early viral music hits. Its simple repeated hook and colourful animation made it a staple of kids content, ringtones and parodies, and it still resurfaces in ironic edits and nostalgia posts today.
