このサウンドについて

A forceful “Take this!” voice clip from Silver in Sonic the Hedgehog, used in gaming edits and memes to punctuate an attack or sudden comeback.

This short clip features Silver sharply yelling “Take this!” with the urgent, combative delivery heard during action-heavy Sonic gameplay. The stretched wording in the sound’s name reflects how emphatic the shout feels, even though the spoken line itself is brief. Its quick buildup and forceful finish make an ordinary hit, throw, reveal, or comeback seem dramatically powerful. Because the voice line lasts only a moment, it works especially well as a punch line in fast edits where viewers need to understand the intended impact immediately.

The line is associated with Silver the Hedgehog, a psychokinetic character introduced in the 2006 game Sonic the Hedgehog. Silver delivers short combat calls while attacking and throwing objects, and “Take this!” became recognizable alongside his more frequently quoted battle dialogue. Clips of these lines spread through gameplay videos, character compilations, remixes, and Sonic memes. The sound remains useful because its direct wording and intense delivery can turn almost any visual strike or reversal into an over-the-top game moment.
