Tom Beugelsdijk shouting Rustaag in a short football clip, a loud Dutch football shout used as a meme sound effect for hype, celebrations and funny edits.

The clip is a single loud shout of the word Rustaag, delivered in a rough, excited voice that sounds like it was recorded close to the action on a football pitch. It starts abruptly, peaks almost immediately and cuts off after just over two seconds, which makes it feel urgent and unfiltered rather than performed. The emphasis lands hard on the final syllable, giving it a punchy, almost chant-like quality that sticks in the ear. Heard in isolation it comes across as pure adrenaline, the kind of raw celebration or rallying cry that instantly lifts the energy of a clip and makes a moment feel bigger than it is.

The clip is associated with Dutch footballer Tom Beugelsdijk, whose name is attached to the Rustaag shout in soundboard listings and fan edits. The word itself is a punchy Dutch football expression, and in this short form it travelled as a standalone meme sound rather than as part of a longer interview or broadcast. Football fans reuse it to celebrate goals, mock rivals and add local flavour to highlight reels, which has kept a two-second shout circulating long after its original moment passed.
