このサウンドについて

Short 'Ravus' meme audio clip used in edits, reaction posts and inside jokes, usually dropped online for a sudden absurd, dramatic or confusing punchline.

This clip is a short meme audio commonly shared under the name Ravus. It is usually used as a quick interruption or punch-in during edits, reaction videos and joke posts, where the sudden sound makes a moment feel stranger, more dramatic or more ridiculous. Because it is brief, creators often use it to sharpen a visual gag rather than carry a whole scene. The appeal comes from the contrast: a normal setup, then the Ravus sound lands and instantly changes the tone into something chaotic, ironic or unexpectedly intense.

The exact origin of this clip is not widely documented from the available information, but it has circulated online under the name Ravus as a short meme sound for fast edits and reaction posts. Its staying power comes from how easy it is to drop into a scene without much setup. Short, named meme sounds often spread through reposts, compilations and soundboard sharing, and Ravus fits that pattern. People keep using it because it can turn an ordinary visual beat into something ironic, tense or intentionally over-the-top in just a few seconds.
