A creepy Mr. Popo laugh from DragonBall Z Abridged, used in anime memes, cursed edits and reaction clips when a scene needs sudden menace.

This clip features Mr. Popo’s unsettling laugh from DragonBall Z Abridged, delivered with a calm but deeply creepy tone that instantly changes the mood of a scene. The laugh hangs for a few seconds, sounding amused and threatening at the same time, which is why it works so well in meme edits. Creators use it to turn normal moments into something cursed, awkward or weirdly intense. Even without context, the voice alone makes viewers feel like something is off, and that uneasy contrast is the whole joke.

This sound is associated with DragonBall Z Abridged, the parody series by TeamFourStar that became hugely popular online through YouTube. Mr. Popo’s version of the character stood out for his eerie calm delivery and unsettling humor, which made his laugh especially memorable to fans. Over time, the clip spread through anime meme compilations, reaction edits and short-form videos as a quick way to signal creepy confidence or bizarre energy.
