このサウンドについて

A short clip from Michael Rosen's storytelling videos, with the British poet saying “nice,” used in memes and edits for approval or comic satisfaction.

This reaction sound captures British writer and poet Michael Rosen delivering the word “nice” with his familiar expressive timing. The brief pause, clear pronunciation, and warmly satisfied tone make the response feel more theatrical than an ordinary compliment. In an edit, it can signal genuine approval, exaggerated enjoyment, or knowingly awkward praise. Because the clip is short and immediately understandable, it works well as a punchline after food reveals, successful attempts, unexpectedly pleasing results, or moments when a creator wants to acknowledge something with understated comic enthusiasm.

Michael Rosen is a British author and poet known for animated performances of poems and stories. Clips from his recorded storytelling circulated widely on YouTube, where editors isolated memorable expressions and gestures for reaction videos and YouTube Poop remixes. The “nice” moment became a compact approval meme during the 2010s, helped by Rosen's distinctive delivery and the ease of placing one clear word after almost any reveal. It remains useful because viewers understand its approving tone without needing additional context.
