このサウンドについて

The “I Have a Bad Case of Diarrhea” internet meme clip features a blunt comic vocal, used in absurd edits, awkward reveals, and SpongeBob videos.

This extended meme clip centers on the plainly delivered line “I have a bad case of diarrhea,” turning an embarrassing complaint into an intentionally ridiculous punchline. Its blunt wording, repeated vocal delivery, and unusually long runtime give editors room to build anticipation before the phrase lands. The audio works especially well when a character looks worried, runs toward a bathroom, or suddenly admits something uncomfortable. Because the statement is direct and juvenile, it creates an immediate gross-out reaction while keeping the scene playful rather than realistic or graphic.

The exact original source and recording date of this clip are not reliably documented. Online, it circulates through meme edits, soundboards, short videos, and character-based animations built around the embarrassing phrase. Searches for “i have diarrhea spongebob” suggest that SpongeBob edits are one recognizable context, although the audio is not confirmed as dialogue from the television series. Its lasting appeal comes from simple wording, exaggerated repetition, and an easy setup-and-punchline structure. Creators may also pair it with a SpongeBob Fail moment or a Fart Meme Sound for related gross-out humor.
