The German phrase in the title means he is going crazy, and the delivery sells it completely, with rapid speech, rising pitch and a sense of comic disbelief that makes the moment feel both relatable and absurd. Gronkh is one of Germany's best-known Let's Play creators, famous for long-running gaming series and expressive live reactions that fans clip and share widely. The phrase wird bekloppt is German internet slang for going crazy, and this clip has circulated as a short reaction sound among German-speaking gaming communities, soundboards and meme edits.
