A sharp voice clip telling someone to get those lights off, used in reaction videos and prank edits when a scene suddenly goes dark for a quick comedic cut.

This is a short, punchy spoken clip of a voice urgently demanding that the lights be turned off, delivered with a firm, exasperated tone that makes the command feel immediate. It lasts just over three seconds, so the line lands quickly and leaves no room for buildup, which is why it works as a reaction. The sudden instruction creates a punchline on its own, prompting the viewer to imagine a room going dark, a secret being hidden, or a character being caught out. Played over a reveal, a fail, or a jump scare, it adds tension and humour in equal measure, turning a lighting change into a memorable moment.

With no widely documented original source, this clip has circulated online mainly as a short reaction sound, shared and reused because its three-second command is instantly understandable without context. Searchers tend to look for it under both get those lights off and turn those lights off, reflecting how people remember the line rather than a single official title. Its appeal lies in that versatility: the same line can close a prank, punctuate a reveal, or signal that something should stay hidden. That simple, repeatable use has kept it in rotation for reaction edits and short-form videos.
