The Chicken Noodle Soup sound is a catchy hip hop dance clip from the viral Harlem song, used for dance edits, memes and throwback party videos.

This clip captures the hook of the Chicken Noodle Soup dance track, built around a bouncy beat, a repetitive chant and an instantly recognisable rhythm. The vocal line is simple and looping, designed to match the side to side footwork that made the dance famous. It sounds upbeat, playful and a little chaotic, like a crowded dance floor shouting the steps together. Dropped into a short video, it instantly signals a throwback dance moment, turning ordinary movement, cooking clips or pet footage into a joke about doing the dance whether it fits or not.

Chicken Noodle Soup began as a Harlem dance craze in 2006, released by DJ Webstar and Young B with a simple instructional dance built around its chant. The song and dance spread through early viral video and social platforms, becoming a defining mid 2000s hip hop moment. It returned to global attention in 2019 when j-hope of BTS remade it with Becky G, introducing the hook and choreography to a new generation. Online, the clip now works as shorthand for nostalgic dance culture and playful food wordplay.
