Informazioni su questo suono

A short clip from LazyTown's We Are Number One, often used for ironic, sad or slowed meme edits when a joke suddenly turns gloomy.

This sound is a short excerpt from the LazyTown song We Are Number One, trimmed from the music video version and commonly used in meme edits with a sad or deflated tone. Even though the original track is upbeat and theatrical, this cut is usually chosen for contrast, making a scene feel ironically tragic, awkward or strangely dramatic. It works well when a video starts energetic and then collapses into disappointment. The familiar melody also gives viewers instant recognition, which helps the joke land quickly without needing much setup.

We Are Number One comes from the children's TV series LazyTown and appears in a 2014 music sequence featuring the villain Robbie Rotten, played by Stefán Karl Stefánsson. The song became a major internet meme in 2016 through remixes, edits and ironic reposts. Since then, short cuts of the track have stayed popular in reaction videos and sad-funny edits because the tune is instantly recognizable and easy to contrast with failure, awkwardness or overdramatic moments. It is often used in the same ironic space as Hello darkness my old friend.
