इस ध्वनि के बारे में

A suspicious, sarcastic clapping meme sound often labeled “sus clapping.” People use it in edits and reaction clips to mock awkward or obviously shady moments.

This clip is a drawn-out clapping reaction with a deliberately awkward, suspicious feel. Instead of sounding like genuine applause, it comes across as sarcastic approval, the kind of clap you add when someone says or does something obviously questionable. In meme edits, that tone makes the joke land harder by turning a normal audience reaction into something uncomfortable and funny. It works especially well after a bad excuse, a caught-in-4K moment, or any scene where the viewer is supposed to think, “yeah, that was definitely sus.”

This sound is mainly used online as a reaction clip rather than as a famous quote from a single confirmed source. The word “sus” became mainstream through Among Us in 2020, and creators started applying it to any shady, awkward, or questionable moment. A clapping version fits that joke by turning applause into suspicion instead of praise. It still shows up in short-form edits, gaming memes, and reaction videos because it instantly signals ironic approval without needing any extra context.
