ününün

The iconic Regirock cry from Pokemon, known for its repeating un un un sound. People use it in memes, edits and random goofy reveal moments.

This sound is the recognizable cry of Regirock, the Rock-type Legendary Pokemon, clipped into the strange repeating un un un vocal-like noise fans joke about online. It has a robotic, hollow, stuttering quality that sounds both ancient and oddly silly, which is why it lands so well in memes. The short burst works best as a sudden audio punchline, especially when a video cuts to something absurd, overly dramatic or unexpectedly powerful. Even people who do not know Pokemon often recognize it as that weird ununun sound from meme edits.
