A short JonTron voice clip reacting to Shrek, used in meme edits for surprise reveals, ogre jokes and exaggerated shock moments in videos and streams.

This is a brief, high-energy clip of JonTron reacting to Shrek, delivered in the exaggerated, fast-talking style that made his reviews so quotable. In just under four seconds, his voice jumps in pitch and intensity, turning a simple reference to the green ogre into a punchline that lands instantly, even without any visual context. It sounds playful and slightly unhinged, like a creator losing it over something absurd, and that is exactly why it works as a reaction. Dropped into an edit, it signals surprise, disbelief or ironic excitement, and it makes the moment feel louder and funnier than the footage alone would.

JonTron, the online creator Jon Jafari, became known for loud, theatrical reviews of games and films, and Shrek has remained one of the internet's most endlessly remixed characters long after the original film. Short reaction clips like this one travel easily because they carry a recognisable voice and an instantly understood joke, even out of context. On soundboards and in meme edits, fans reuse it as shorthand for over-the-top surprise, keeping both JonTron's style and the Shrek joke alive for new audiences who may never have watched the full review.
