Acerca de este sonido

A short Carmen Winstead meme audio clip with the famous "hi my name is" intro and awkward augh delivery, used in creepy, ironic and nostalgic edits.

This clip is the meme audio built around the familiar Carmen Winstead intro, delivered in a stiff, eerie way with the drawn-out "augh" that makes it funny instead of truly scary. The voice has that old internet chain-message feel, so it lands somewhere between horror parody and pure cringe comedy. Creators use it when they want a fake-spooky reveal, an intentionally corny jump scare, or a throwback to early viral creepypasta culture that viewers instantly recognize.

The Carmen Winstead audio comes from the long-running internet urban legend about a teenage ghost, a story that spread through chain messages and social platforms in the late 2000s and 2010s. The meme version became popular again in short-form videos, where the dramatic introduction and odd vocal delivery were used for parody. It still shows up because people recognize the reference immediately, especially in edits that mimic old creepypasta posts, prank slideshows, and exaggerated fake-scare formats alongside a bruh reaction.
