Über diesen Sound

This online prank audio repeatedly announces a ringing phone and urges “big boy” to answer before voicemail, fitting ignored-call jokes and reaction edits.

This extended voice clip turns an unanswered call into a playful, increasingly impatient joke. A speaker repeatedly announces that the phone is ringing, calls the listener “big boy,” and tells them to pick up before the call reaches voicemail. The repetition gives the audio a deliberately awkward, nagging rhythm that works well as a prank notification or as commentary on someone ignoring repeated calls. Its length allows the joke to build rather than ending after a single ring, making the listener feel as though an overly persistent caller is waiting for an answer.

The original speaker, recording date, and first upload for this clip are not reliably documented. It circulates as a phone prank audio built around repeated spoken reminders that a call is waiting. The unusual “big boy” address and the warning about voicemail give it more personality than a standard ringtone. Creators continue using it in short videos, messaging jokes, and soundboards because the drawn-out repetition matches scenes where someone stubbornly refuses to answer or leaves another person waiting.
