Über diesen Sound

A short “that’s a bit sussy” meme voice clip inspired by Among Us slang, used in gaming edits and reaction videos to call out suspicious moments.

This sound is a quick spoken line saying “that’s a bit sussy,” a playful way of calling something suspicious. The phrase comes from the internet slang around Among Us, where “sus” became shorthand for shady behavior. In clips and edits, it lands as a light, teasing reaction rather than a serious accusation. The delivery is short and punchy, so it works well as a comedic callout when someone acts odd, lies badly, or gets caught doing something obvious. It gives a moment an instant meme tone viewers immediately recognize.

“Sussy” grew out of “sus,” the shorthand for suspicious that spread widely through Among Us in 2020. As the game exploded on streaming platforms, people started using “sus” and “sussy” far beyond the game itself. This sound fits that wave of short reaction clips built around accusing someone of acting off. It remains popular because the phrase is instantly understood online, especially in gaming humor, and because it can be dropped into almost any clip where someone looks guilty or obviously unconvincing.
