bienvenido al gulag

The announcer voice from Call of Duty: Warzone welcoming players to the Gulag after death, used in gaming edits and memes for respawns and second chances.

This is the iconic voice line heard when a defeated player is sent to the Gulag in Call of Duty: Warzone. A deep, authoritative announcer welcomes the player to the one-versus-one prison arena, where a win means returning to the match and a loss means elimination. The delivery is slow, grave and theatrical, with a slight echo that makes the location feel cold and unforgiving. It instantly signals a second chance under pressure, so listeners recognise the stakes immediately. For Warzone players it carries the tension of that final duel, and for everyone else it works as a dramatic cue that someone has one last shot to survive.
